"Be cautious before giving them their money. They could not provide a team for our daughter as their numbers were too low and yet they refused to return our $150 deposit citing the "non refundable" agreement. I wrongly assumed that "non refundable" would only apply if the player decided not to play, they switched leagues, the family moved or there was a medical reason. I never dreamed that if the league themselves could offer no viable team for our child that they would also refuse to refund our $150. We had to scramble at the last minute before the season began to find a team willing to take our daughter so late and were put into a financially tight position due to the poor business practices of Arsenal FC. I have tried contacting them for months regarding this issue and have reported them to VYSA as well. I have only received a "it's not our fault that there weren't enough players" response from admin and one email that was rather condescending. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your child's soccer needs--something I am sad to say after we were a loyal Arsenal family for many, many years."
