"Dropped my kid off at child watch at 11:25. I know childcare ends at noon. The lady says “well we close at noon and we technically are supposed to start cleaning at 11:49.” Okay and? Child watch ends at noon and I’ve never had an issue picking up at 11:58’ish so that I can make my class (that I already leave halfway through because it runs until 12:30). If you don’t want people dropping their kids off then change your hours. I also didn’t like how obvious she made it that I was inconveniencing her for being at work when I did pick my kid up. She immediately snatched the marker box away and started spraying the table with a sigh. Go work somewhere else if you don’t want to adhere to the posted hours. Also, y’all don’t scan cards and note where the parents are going to be. That’s an abduction and lawsuit waiting to happen. Be mindful if you drop your kids off here that anybody can come get them and there’s no record of it."

"The facility, the staff, the experience of this YMCA are all excellent. We took our children here for swimming lessons and have done soccer and other sports through this location and we have loved every experience. Definitely recommend it here!"
