Went today went to buy a coil that I bought last week and week before that said they don't have anything for me asked what I should do. Not a clue or solution to resolve the problem. I got back as much as a I don't know, a shrug and that my tank is old. Was a returning customer every week. Sadly deciding on taking my business elsewhere."

"I had one bad experience at this store. However, Since then, everything has been great! Great deals, friendly staff, knowledgeable, and are able to get you in and out.....just went again (to Kingsport store). I tried to get this bad experience rectified, and after giving this company probably 100k by now, they would replace a bottle (in Kingsport location) . I ordered 3mg and was given 18 mg. The JC store is great. Kingsport store. Ill never go again. I'll drive longer to get good service."
