"I stopped off with my adult child who is visiting from out of state just to see what it might be about, without warning. We were on our way home across 3 states having had a terrible day thus far. This was such a fun, informative and uplifting experience for us. The staff helped us make a great lasting memory together. Thank you!"
"I saw a marker on Google maps and decided to stop for a visit. Nice little reconstructed Indian Village. Not too bad of a living in the summer, but it would’ve been brutal in the winter."
"Noticed it on Google maps and decided to stop by. Didn't have time for the full tour but we enjoyed the museum and gift shop. We also had a nice picnic lunch in the picnic table area. Other people there said that they enjoyed the tour."
"Oh my God this place is incredible. Being a Dakota Sioux Native American I was so proud to have randomly saw this on the side of the highway when I was driving through West Virginia to Minneapolis. They did an incredible job with this. Wonderfully curated, great customer service, and incredible jewelry!!! Great job guys u made me feel proud to be Native today"
"Tour was spectacular! The guide was lovely and knew lots of information! She actively pushed to keep my daughter participating so that it was educational for all age groups! The trail is long. Walk down wasn’t bad but if you aren’t in any remote shape, you will need to pace yourself. It’s honestly not bad as everyone is patient and kind! I heard they also offer carts to drive to and from so don’t let the walk be a deterring factor (grandparents in their 50s successfully completed it!). Views are gorgeous and village is wonderful! Experience was top notch! The museum and gift shop are beautiful too!!! Thank you again for a lovely time!!"
