"Purchased one of their new RAZ TN9000 devices Thursday night and less than 48 hours later the screen display stopped working and would no longer draw vapor. Plugged the device into a charger to ensure it was not dead and the screen turned back on and started glitching and went black, the man working in the store refused to exchange the product even though it is defective and could not tell me who to reach over the defect in the device but was willing to offer a very small discount to buy yet another device from their store. I do not recommend supporting this small business because if you leave the parking lot and then find out your device is defective they are unwilling to resolve the issue but hand out their hands for more money. Update** since it will not allow me to respond to the owner. The “Drop” they are referring to was less than 6 inches inside my house with no damage to the device itself. I asked who to contact since they was unwilling to do anything about with the purchase being less than 48 hours (Purchased Thursday evening at 7:30pm, device stopped working at 1:30pm saturday, brought it in at 4:50pm when I went to town) this was obviously a malfunction with the software considering it has an actually screen on it and the screen is what started to glitch out when plugged in and then went black afterwards. I had no plans on continuing to give my business to your company, considering if you valued your customers it wouldn’t have taken a review to get a replacement which I did not come in for because other company’s do have policy’s in place for situations similar to this one and would of handle the situation a lot better. Learn to take and respond to negative review's better."
