"This guy is a complete P.O.S. Not professional at all. He came over to estimate a repair for washer and broke the snap on the cover he had to remove. When I pointed it out to him, he says that's probably $70!!! I told him I didn't break it, and he says maybe we don't need to do this and takes an attitude with me. He also says "you see how hard it was to remove that, I mean every time I do one of these things, something breaks off" !!! So before i lose my mind, I told him you're right we don't need to do this and promptly escorted him out of my house. What kind of repairman comes over and breaks something else on the machine?? He really should be paying for that $70.."
