"Our Kenmore washing machine was making a loud noise when water was entering the tub. I was referred to All American Appliance by an appliance store we had used to buy a refrigerator and dishwasher. I looked them up online and read 200+ 5 star reviews. I called the office and the phone was answered immediately by Bonnie. She told me that they could send someone out the next day. The technician, Hassan, arrived and looked at the washing machine and let us know the issue was the water valve. Hassan is very courteous and respectful. He let us know that he would have the part ordered, if we agreed with the estimate. Once the part came in, Hassan promptly changed out the old valve with the new. The pricing is transparent, fair and reasonable. This company made our appliance repair easy with no drama. Five stars! We will call them again if we need further appliance repair!"
