"Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had taken our iPad to a few other places, one of them being apple. Apple does not repair ipads, they price a new device for you. The other places kept giving us the run around and had the device for over 2 weeks, still claiming 2 more weeks to fix it all for the cost of a new device. We took it in to Kevin here at Digital at Heart and we were greeted with a warm comfortable welcome. A quick meet and greet and a couple of questions and answers later we knew we had the right guy. We emediately felt comfortable leaving the device with him unlike the other places. He was able to let us know exactly what was wrong with the iPad and that he could have it fixed for us right away at a very reasonable affordable price. Other places charged us diagnostic fees and we're trying to tell us things needed to be fixed that weren't wrong with it. "I have had the unfortunate need to come to this shop three separate times. Each time.I come in and ask for help with either My Xbox, My Wife's S22 Ultra ( salt water in charging port) or a busted screen on my old note 8. All trips here have been the best tech repair choice I have made. Friendly service and always spot with an estimated time of completion for the job.
