"I called To ask for servicing on my water softener system. I told them the make of the system and they sent someone out. The tech was courteous but knew nothing about my system. He ran the regeneration that had not run in awhile and told me to call back if that didn’t fix it. I paid the $95 charge for the visit. It didn’t fix it. I called back a few days later and was told they didn’t know how to fix it and would give me a quote for one of the systems they sell. They took my money knowing they couldn’t fix the system. That is poor business dealings and I will not ever deal with them again."
"Gershen was explained what he would do, and was professional and thorough in checking my heating system for this coming winter season. I'll ask for him again for my spring system check. I've used ME Flow for years in the past. Always reliable and knowledgeable, I'd recommend them."
"An employee called to make a same-day appointment on Friday. The appointment was to view a property for sale to evaluate a gas connection. ME Flow said to call back after the employee had the owner's written permission by email. It was explained to ME Flow that the seller's agent was requesting that my contractor perform a site visit; this was deemed to be insufficient. After my real estate agent moved his entire afternoon around to meet the ME Flow technician, the company again said they needed authorization. After my employee spoke with a 2nd person, and eventually a manager, it was understood that my realtor would provide access (and that constituted authorization). The employee waited for the appointment window, and an hour and fifteen minutes into the 2.5 hour window, my employee called to ask if there was an update. The ME Flow agent who answered the phone was having a computer issue and said that a manager would call back. My realtor asked for an update, but 45 minutes went by from the time the ME Flow employee with computer issues promised a manager call-back would occur. Still no call, text, or email. My employee ended up calling their sister company, and the agent at the sister company was able to get an answer; ME Flow said that no authorization was ever emailed, so no appointment was ever made. That is not factual, and worse it wasted multiple people's time across two companies. My employee asked for a manager to call back to explain what happened and to ensure that if a new appointment was booked, there wouldn't be a repeat of this issue. It was Friday before close of business, and apparently the manager was on the road home, but the employee was told they'd hear back once the manager was home. As of today (Tuesday afternoon) no follow-up call was ever made. ME Flow used to provide good service, but they are no longer reliable nor accountable. As a business owner, I can no longer put my trust in ME Flow to handle important and time sensitive aspects of my business."
"We have a hot water Base Board heat system and it wasn't working. We called M.E. Flow and they were able to come out the very next next day. Aaron and Rojillo (sp?) were early (we got a heads-up they would be) and after I explained the situation and showed them around, they went straight to work. They assessed the situation and after a couple hours, got our base board heat flowing again. They took the time to explain the system to me and what they determined the problem to be (air in the pipes) and we now have heat from the base boards again. Less than $90 for the service call and they did the whole job for under $370. Great job by these two professionals. We were extremely pleased by the quick response and the quality work. Would definitely use M.E. Flow again."
"The installation was scheduled promptly. The master plumber (Xavier) did a great job. The job was very clean and neat. The county inspector also remarked that the work performed was a top notch installation. I will definitely contact ME Flow again for future needs, if any. Also great follow-up by the administrative office, after the work was completed!"
