"I've had a number of things done at my home in the past month and Trademasters has been a great partner in ensuring that everything is done right. Sandy, Ashley and everyone in the scheduling team has been great in ensuring that the appointments are scheduled right away, including last minute scheduling changes. The HVAC staff who came in to fix my A/C unit is very knowledgeable. The work was done right away. Edward, the plumber who came in to help replace my toilet and sink faucet is especially notable. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Everything about Edward's work was exceptional. He made sure to wear shoe floor protectors and kept the work area clean. He provided great advice on replacement toilets and provided us with options on how we would like to proceed with the work. He was very transparent and provided us with before and after photos of the work. Edward is very customer-oriented and made sure that the job is done even when the toilet that we ordered online arrived cracked. He helped us pick a replacement toilet at Home Depot even though it meant that his work day will be longer. He provided us with advice on how to prolong the life of the fixtures that were installed. We'll make sure to ask for Edward if we need additional work to be done in the future. Trademasters is also very transparent about the pricing. The cost is reasonable and actually lower than the other contractors I've worked with in the past. In my experience, having the service plan has been great and helped lower the total cost of the work that was done."
