"Unhelpful, incompetent, unprofessional. We need a repair to our ice maker, which was stuck closed (as well as other issues. The technician showed up and said we needed to unplug the fridge to defrost the ice maker before he could look at it. My husband was able to unstick it in about 2 minutes. Then the tech glanced at it and said he couldn’t fix it, and that to speak so someone else about it. He stepped out and we thought he was just going to his vehicle to get something, but he just left outright. Sears should NOT be using this vendor. The response does not acknowledge that the technician explained nothing, touched nothing, and made no attempt to reschedule--just left. (And no other technicians looked previously--the prior scheduled tech never showed.)"

"I was referred to ABS Appliance by my insurance company and at first they seemed responsive by coming out to try to diagnose the problem. The first repair did not work, so they told me they would order a different part - the drum - to replace it. COVID hit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for months but they never called nor came to do the repair. When I contacted them recently they would not even take my name, phone number, address or anything. they just said that anything going back that far is too late and they won't honor it. I told him I would report him to not only the insurance company, but also BBB, and on line reviews and he said "Go ahead!" The insurance company confirmed that they were paid, that they ordered the part, and that they closed out the ticket as if they had completed the job, which of course they did not. I don't recommend this business - they neither followed up, nor completed the job, and they are very unprofessional in their behavior and attitude."

"Don't waste your time and money. We had a problem with our refrigerator and they told us it was the plug to call an electrician. So we did. It was not the plug which worked fine. They then said they ordered a part that was bad. They didn't. Every time they charged us. Then they stopped answering their phone when we called. we are now over 2 weeks without a refrigerator and 2 or 3 service calls and now I have to start the entire process over."

"Took months to get our claim fixed with them. In the end we dropped them and hired someone else, prepare yourself in calling them constantly because they won't call you or listen to the voice mails you leave with them. It's always convenient that they were just going to call you after two weeks of not getting back to you."

"Try to avoid this company at any costs. My home insurance sent them to us to repair our fridge board and the fridge stopped working. He stayed in our house 30 min and charged us $100. He told us he will contact us in a couple of days regarding the board as he needed to order it. Never heard of him. After 3 wks and many phone calls, I made a complain to my insurance. He finally decided to respond to me saying he has ordered the board and it should be with him on Saturday or Monday. Lie again and tried to close the ticket with my insurance.It has been 2 wks since and they refuses to reply to our insurance company and us. Be aware they are incompetent and a bush of liars. Avoid them."
