"ParknPool is an exceptional company to work for. I don’t fit very neatly into boxes and have consequently had many different jobs and have worked for many different types of owners and managers. And always my time at ParknPool, working for Jim Fonner, stands out as something special and unique. I treasure my ParknPool experience and learned so much during that period. Jim took a chance on hiring me since I had no real graphic design skills at the time. Then he provided me with helpful tools, encouragement, and a long leash to figure things out on my own. Always, I felt as if he believed in me and that helped me to believe in myself. Thank you for that, Jim. I am appreciative of the way he manages the entire staff. He genuinely seems to value what each person brings to the table and lovingly accepts each person’s little quirks. He helps his staff have a vested interest in ParknPool by providing a pleasant work environment and incentives based on the success of the company as a whole, simultaneously holding each person accountable for their part. Over the years I have regularly put much of what I learned from my ParknPool experience into practice and each time I remember that it was Jim who made it possible for me to have this knowledge at my fingertips. I have the utmost respect for Jim as a business owner, manger, and as a genuine human being. Never in my time at ParknPool did I see Jim without a smile in his heart. And although I did not work directly with Brenda, my memories of her are of a kind and gentle soul. Update: After making this post I learned that Jim passed away in January. My heart goes out to Brenda and their boys. I am finding it difficult to think that should I ever visit ParknPool again, he won't be there. There is a sadness in my heart and a feeling of regret that I did not share how much my time with him meant to me until now. My heart is full of so much appreciation and admiration for him. Jim was a wonderful person who contributed so very much to his family, his employees, his community, and to this world. And for me, he was a truly great mentor and friend."

"ParknPool are very responsive until you place an order with them then good luck getting in touch with someone to ask about the status of your order or problems with shipping. Ordered over $10,000 worth of patio furniture for a community association back in February 2016. The tables and chairs shipped but we have yet to receive the umbrellas and bases. Last communication from ParknPool on 6/8/16 said "They are on the way" but they have not arrived as of today 6/22/16 and ParknPool has ignored emails for a status update. This is our first experience with ParknPool and will be our last."

"I have been ordering DogiPot stations and DogiPot bags from Park n Pool for Condominium Association for the last 7 years. Our condo association, owners, and residents are happy that we now have 9 DogiPot stations throughout our complex, and this encourages all residents to clean up after their dogs. No more dog mess in the lawns, and these stations are aesthetically pleasing and lets residents know we care. Park n Pool ships quickly, and their products are reasonably priced and stations are easy to install. DogiPot bags are reasonably priced, especially when purchased in bulk. David ;>"
