"Guy pretty much stole my Samsung plasma. Said it couldn't be fixed yet never responded for me to come pick it back up. Shady and unprofessional. I called over 10 times to get my TV back. Don't waste your time. He will lie say it can't be fixed then ghost you as ge resales or keeps your TV."

"The were contracted by Samsung to fix my tv. For two weeks they completely stonewalled me- first they couldn’t access their system,. Then they needed to order a part, then everyone had COVID… I called 21 times and they never once called back when they said they would. I finally had Samsung call and they said they were too “busy” to do the service. Complete waste of time."
