"When I called to make an appointment for a touch up the lady at the front desk who is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with and I have worked in doctors offices, a call center, all kinds of customer service positions including health care. I have never seen myself or any of my past coworkers talk to people the way she did. Anyway, she said I owed the 50.00 no show fee and I tried to explain that I had my own call details proving I had called to change appt. or cancel and still she was in an argument with me. The first interaction I had with her she hung up on me numerous times. This last interaction I had, I was calling the manager back to speak to her. She was supposedly calling the owner to discuss the fee and by the way the manager is awesome and very nice. The front desk lady’s name is Sarah and she hung up on me because I was frustrated and she said I was yelling at her. Then when I tried calling back she mimicked their voicemail then hung up on me. I have never seen this in any doctors affixes nor have I ever experienced this type of treatment. If I were you I wouldn’t use these people’s services. When I went to have my initial hair removal done a few years ago the staff was so much better. They have changed people and it is horrible now."
