"Do not use this company. They got assigned by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. The technician came out and said he had to replace the heating element but they would need to order it. I had to follow up with the company twice in order to see if the part had arrived and when they would come to fix it. The technician finally came out 3 weeks later. Well it dudnt get fixed so the technician came back out. He said its the control board/motor and it had to be ordered. After two weeks i called the company to find out the status. The owner said he would look into it. Next thing I know, the home warranty company is telling me I need to pay $90 bc the part is damaged due to pest/pet damage. This is a complete lie. My dog cannot go inside the dishwasher nor do I have pests. Do not use this company since they obviously were unable to fix my dishwasher and they completely lied about the cause."

"They have a few bad reviews here but my only experience with them so far were great. They were prompt and responsive to my American Home Shield claim involving my dishwasher. The tech (Alexander) showed up on time twice and did a great job."

"So I know there are a lot of negative reviews on this company. But I had a positive experience. I was assigned them by AHS. I read the reviews and wasn't hopeful at first. But they beat my expectations. I had a video diagnostic call in the morning. Determined that my dryer belt broke. They were able to come out that afternoon and fix it in 20 minutes. Now maybe mine was a simple repair but regardless they provided me great service and I wanted to share"

"Justin from All City Appliance (ACA) came to our house in mid-July, inspected washer and said he had to order a part. Two weeks later we called him and he said he had to check on it and get back with us within 24 hours. Four weeks later and 16 calls to Justin and He finally returned and replaced a small plastic part. Before leaving he said that this repair would not fix the washer, that it needed new ball bearing but he wasn't authorized to replace them ---however he was technician that performed original diagnosis. This job was assigned to ACA by our home warranty from American Home Shield, so during this time, we've talked with several folks at American Home Shield (AHS) (8 different times); each time AHS said they would inquire and get back with us, but they also failed to follow through. We received one call back from AHS from a Laura, she promised she could get problem taken care of in 48 hours - that was nearly three weeks ago and we have not heard from her since and we still do not have a washer."
