"We had our unit put in by brick street and we bought the extra warranty to go with it. Everything was ok at first but when it was time for them to do there yearly maintenance to keep the warranty they will not come out to do it. Now no one will answer there phone or call us back. We opened an investigation and they are now saying we are not there customer and we have a contract with them that shows we are and all our warranties. If you do use them make sure you get a contract on day one. I do not recommend them to anyone. It’s been almost 6 months and still no answer or call from them."
