"Philips along with some other lawyers should definitely act more professional. I get your job is to defend your client, but to have an attitude with GAL, then yell in court and at the opposing party because you’re correct is dead wrong instead of using your knowledge to attempt to win and be professional is childishly unprofessional. Some opposing council are will to settle or come to a mutual agreement, maybe you should ask first before constantly blurry out want to be smart comments or getting mad you can’t get your way. The attitude that comes off as you hate your job and all around it not healthy."
