They said there should be a guarantee on it through the manufacturer. I tried to contact the manufacturer with no luck. I liked the store, just hard to go back there for any future purchases with my experience."

"I was having trouble with my vape sticking in the smoke stage. I'd had it 6 weeks so went back to see if anything could be done. I'm on a VERY fixed income but live vaping as much as my Dr lives me doing it instead of smoking. I went in and what impressed me was the fact that the gentleman actually worked on my vape, got it working right and in doing that I know what probably caused the problem, so I can keep it from happening get again. All he charged me was for a new coil to a tank. As much as I hated my daughter going through losing hers in the middle of the night yesterday I was able to return his great service with loyalty and went in to buy 2 new vape. My daughter wanted to be sure we never went through being without again. This is a great store with people who actually know what they are doing. I'll be going back soon to get me a box vape. This business issues obviously run well and appreciates it's customers whether it's a $3 sale or a $100 sale"
