All the mattress options are a bit overwhelming when first walking into the store but J.B. took his time with us and narrowed down our search in his knowledge of what we were looking for in a great nights sleep. We decided on a tempurpedic which we have never tried before mostly because of price, but with an 10 year warranty and excellent customer service we felt more then comfortable in making our decision and can’t wait for delivery of a good nights rest! "My 72 year old mother bought a bed from here last week. They told her how much she would love it and how there wouldnt be any problems and if there was they would be happy to take care of anything that came up. Well, after the delivery driver pulled the plastic off if the bed and my mom immediately noticed the holes in the bed, it was obvious that it was a used bed. Not only was it used, it was filthy. She said something and thw delivery person just rolled his eyes at the mention if it being "used" My mom called the store and the oh so helpful salesperson told her she would order her a new case for it. Well a new case does not make up for the fact that she was sold a used bed as new and now that it has been delivered, all sales are final. I too pictures of the bed and we contacted the finance company to tell them she wasnt paying for a used bed. My mom has been in pain ever since she has had to sleep on this bed. The people at the store who were so helpful BEFORE the sale was now the opposite of helpful. In fact, they were downright rude and hateful. Beware of this place and the tactics and practices they use. If they would do this to am elderly lady they would do this to anyone they can."
