"Had my first appointment with Sue yesterday at the VA beach location for Fraxel laser. I drove from Richmond because I wanted to go to an expert and someone I could trust with my face. I honestly cannot put into words how impressed I was with Sue and the entire staff. Sue was kind, professional, knows way more about lasers than I ever intend to imagine (and that’s coming from someone in the aesthetics industry). But above all, Sue makes you feel welcome and at ease. She even texted me this morning to check in and see how I was doing. Kudos to the spa and laser center, you’ve got a client for life."

"I went here on a recommendation of a friend. At booking you make a $100 deposit to reserve the appointment. When I checked out the day of my appointment after my service, I paid for my service and then after I paid, I asked if the $100 had gone toward my service. The receptionist seemed to indicate that she forgot to apply it and said we could apply it to a next appointment. Since beauty/aesthetic appointments are few and far between for me I said i’d rather not apply it to the next and just get a refund since I didn’t know when I’d be back. She was very nice and said no problem and that she’d call after she spoke to the manager to refund it. I Ieft feeling kind of like id been swindled out of my money, but felt a little better that they would refund me. I called back a few days later as I hadn’t heard anything from the office and I spoke to the managers Dana who said they decided to apply it to my next appointment since I had a “follow up in 4 weeks.” At that point I was pretty frustrated because not only had they tried to use my deposit once in a way without telling me, but then did it again even after they said they’d refund me. Additionally, the follow up appointment was supposed to just see how I liked the treatment, so who says I would even spend $100. Dana was very nice and understanding and gave me the refund. I’m not usually one to nickel and dime but not everyone can just go around leaving $100 deposits here and there. Laura did a good job and was very thorough, although i felt quite rushed through the whole appointment and that if I hadn’t spoken up for myself she would have done more of the service than I originally indicated. I will not be returning. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt like all they cared about was getting my money. The only reason i’m not leaving 1 start is because they were extremely nice and polite and were very accommodating to my schedule."

"I love all the staff at the Spa and Laser Center. I have been going for years. Kate does an amazing job with facials. She is knowledgeable, and takes great pride in doing her best. They have improved my skin tremendously. Debbie has been amazing, and truly cares about making sure she does her absolute best for her clients."

"The women that work at the spa and laser center are amazing. Truly! The front staff is so pleasant and so willing to work with you on appointments. I will not go to anyone else but Debbie! Someone else messed my lips up and she fixed them! I love my lips so much they are so full and pretty. She's also filled my under eyes and now I don't look like I'm constantly tired. Could not be happier. She notices the little details so everything turns out perfect! I also saw Casey who used a laser to lighten my under eye circles. This has helped my self esteem so much and all these ladies are so pleasant and professional! Seriously and very highly recommend!!"
