They even came back and checked their work and let me know about an error that my contractor made which allowed me to get that fixed with him for free. "I called this guy on 5-17-22 and scheduled an appointment for today( 5-23-22 between 9-10am) which was confirmed via text. 10:30am came and went so I texted the number to say if he was running behind or couldn't come to let me know by noon. Noon came and went and nothing. Very poor business ethics that cannot even afford a call or text to say I'm not coming. Day off work wasted I wish I could charge them for. Wish I could provide a negative star. Another quality electrician came and completed my job today. Problem is too many businesses are following this bad business model nowadays."
