I even had an issue with a wig that I purchased and they legit made it a seamless process to swap it out ensuring that I had the best service. They are literally the ONLY beauty supply store that you need, I swear! It has everything you could need and they have an amazing staff ! Love it here"

"Manhattan Beauty Supply WAS my store. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. However when visiting the store today, the new staff is far from the usual. Every aile I walked down was a staff member nearby pretending to be straighten the shelves, etc. I then proceeded to look for a particular product to be asked if I needed help as if I was taking to long to decide. It was a very uncomfortable situation, to be harrased. As of today I will not be back to this store."

"Today I decided to take a chance with both visiting and purchasing items from this Norfolk Virginia (East Little Creek Road) location of Manhattan Beauty Supply. The employees I interacted with andor received help from were cordial. I had purchased some Diane brand 2 qyt 10 pack curl rollers, a Kalissa wigpop brand wig, a wig cap, some multiple hair headband accessories in blue red and black colors, Eco brand black castor & avocado oil hair gel, African Pride brand Moisture Miracle Rose Water & Argan Oil soft & smooth curl mousse 8.5 fl oz, Annie brand soft twist roller set (at least 42 twist roller set pieces of approximately 7 inches long). The store had a top notch variety of hair products, hair wigs, clothes, jewelry and even a vast variety of hair relaxers of various company brands. Obviously, I am happy to have taken a chance with visiting here and I intend to keep a receptive mind to visiting again sometime in the near future."

"This is by far the most organized and well thought out hair store I’ve been in …periodt. I only give 4 versus 5 stars because I didn’t have enough time to look like how I wanted. But what I did see was amazing. Then the cashier with her beautiful Caribbean accent was extremely polite and . Being from NY and coming down here to this location was very nice. When I come to visit again, I will be back!"
