"If I could give this company minus star review I would. They have EXTREMELY poor customer service. After my homeowner warranty hired them I had to reached to them to set up an appointment. After the appointment my home owners warranty NEVER received a diagnosis nor could they or could I ever receive a call back or response via text or email. I would have went to their office, but felt that no one would be there at all. No one EVER answers the phone or return messages. Poor customer service. They had no problem talking the money that my home owner’s warranty gave them to come out to evaluate my problem. Would never reach this company to anyone! They do not have any reason to respond to me after this was put in on June 22, 2023 and it’s now July 6, 2023!"
