"This is a review of the customer service at the Winchester location specifically. Though sound quality wasn't great over my connection, my customer service representatives were quick to respond & give me the information I needed. It was clear from their tones of voice they genuinely wanted to help as opposed to just going through the motions, and that deserves a shout out in my book"

"This is the second year we have tried Jackson Hewitt and we will not be going back. We took our 2021 return to a licensed CPA after filing through JH because JH told us that there were no benefits for first time home buyers. During our appointment with the CPA we found out that my husband's income (1099) was recorded incorrectly and several lines that should have been filled out were missing. We paid over $500 for JH to file our taxes incorrectly and now we have to pay for an amendment. Unless you have an extremely simple return, I would not use JH. Even if you have a simple return, I would not use JH."

"She didn’t have me sign the tax paper when I was there. She didn’t follow up with me. She said I couldn’t go to another Walmart to sign the necessary paperwork the owner takes for ever to reply to text or messages therefore I have no idea if my tax was sent to the IRS no one reach out to me to finalize anything I’m so disappointed."

"She was so very kind and and took me just a few minutes before I close and had a smiles entire way. Very professional very knowledgeable and out me a little bit more money than I thought. Overall a great experience"
