"What a fantastic experience with "Sleep On It"! I needed a new firm mattress that was firm due having serious back problems and also due to being able to feel the springs starting to come thru in my old mattress. After a 2 weeks the new mattress that I purchased started sagging on both sides and felt like I was in a bowl. There was no support for my back. I contacted the store and the owner/manager came to my house and we both agreed it was within the warranty allowance so I didn't do anything at that time. 3 months later I contacted them again sending them a picture of the sag and it was over the warranty allowance. I also noticed that the name on the side of the mattress wasn't the one I thought I was getting so I also brought this to their attention. I went to the store to talk with the owner/manager and before I could say a word he said that he would replace my mattress at no extra cost as long as it didn't cost more than the mattress I was replacing. I picked out another mattress and it was about $300.00 more that the mattress I was replacing. I was ready to pay the difference but the owner/manager said because of my troubles he would split the cost of the $300.00. It's always great to deal with honest and trustworthy people and that he is! I would highly recommend their store!"

"Called Sleep On It in Waynesboro yesterday. Earnest came over at lunch time and looked at our son's 7 year old mattress to determine if it was defective. Yep! After we found all the paperwork we were informed that we would receive a FULL refund of purchase price. We were advised to apply it to the purchase of a new mattress in order to get a new warranty and selected a new mattress from the store. In about an hour we had a new mattress and applied a $350.00 credit towards the new mattress. Now we have a new with a 12 year full replacement warranty for $170.00 out of pocket. As you can imagine, we are very pleased. It is great to deal with honest people willing to honor warranties on our purchases."

"I have bought many mattresses from Sleep On It over the years, both for my home and for my business, and I have always been extremely pleased. The friendly, no-pressure environment lets you try out lots of different beds without a salesperson hovering over you, yet they are always within earshot to answer any questions that arise. Their knowledge is superior to any other mattress store I've shopped at, primarily because of their years of experience. The owner and chief mattress consultant, Ernest Shaver, has been in this business since 1981. Try finding any other mattress store with an employee that has been there for 32 years! The selection at Sleep On It is very good, and even their lowest priced products are well made. I've never had an employee try to upsell me, although they are very helpful at pointing out the differences in the various products and what makes one more expensive than another. Even in doing that, they've never pressured me to buy the higher priced models. I've purchase bed frames, memory foam mattresses, inner spring mattresses, futons, and futon mattresses, and I've never been disappointed in either quality or service. You might wonder why I purchase so many mattresses? Well, in addition to furnishing the bedrooms for my wife and I, plus our kids, we own and operate a vacation rental business. I have even had guests ask me where I found such comfortable mattresses! I would highly recommend Sleep On It to anyone looking for a bed. In fact, I don't even bother shopping around when I need a mattress, because I know I'll be treated right."
