"Wide selection of products but really no different than the other beauty supply stores around. They say the offer exchanges but no refunds. Well I went in to exchange and they wouldn’t take any of the hair products that I had not opened because they were considered “unsealed chemical products.” Also didn’t want to take back the other items. The other items hadn’t been used but I took them out the pack to see what they look like. I was told “if we can’t immediately sell it bc the packaging is damaged then we can’t accept it as a return.” They may as well just say no refunds OR exchanges. I’m only leaving 2 stars because the ladies working there are nice and polite but whoever owns this place has ridiculous policies."

"Almost anything you see in your regular beauty supply you will see in this store. It's just spread out. It's your local beauty supply store on steroids. They had a lot of wigs, and hair so if your local salon runs out or doesn't hv the style your looking for try here. Their selection of silver and gold costume earrings lacked seriously. But they hv all your average cz earrings and accessories. They had your regular makeup brands that you find in your local b.s.s. that was disappointing. A store this big and elegant should hv a better makeup selection. But like I said before it's your local b.s.s. but bigger. I think they say it's the largest in Hampton Roads.It's a elegant version of your local beauty supply store. It's huge almost too huge. It's easy to get overwhelmed unless you know exactly what you want. The security guard is border line disrespectful and process of leaving your outside bags but you just give them your bag and anyone can come in and say That's my bag and security will hand it over. That needs a serious overhaul. Also he could say something to people as they walk in. Like hello. Instead of just sitting their looking stupid. No other store will make you do that. If someone wants to steal something they will steal it but I think it's almost insulting. Their is a all black staff I almost fainted when I saw that. Overall it is big and elegant looking but when you take away that it's just your local b.s.s."

"Just visited this store today I was greeted and attended to by Desiree. She was very attentive and showed me where everything was. She made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. She made my experience 10x better because I was lost in that huge store, so many selections to choose from"

"Huge store with great options. I found everything I needed and a variety of brands. I also liked that they have collections from brands instead of just one or two products. Excellent customer service and will definitely be back!"

"The Beauty Bucks rewards is an incentive I enjoy. For each $20 spent, a $5 coupon is provided to use towards your next purchase. I shop at the Beauty Supply often so I find that very convenient. Most of their employees are Black women, who have always been polite towards me. And the owner has been helpful in the past, however sometimes the security guard can be overbearing. BTW, this place closes at 8:50PM not 9:00PM!"
