"Great price and selection but you simply cannot trust them to be open for the hours they advertise. On 3 occasions I have gone there in the morning and no one was there. This is extremely unprofessional and sucks when you are trying to plan your day and get things done. My advice is call first before you go and make sure someone is actually there. Also, be prepared for the overpowering smell from incense products that they have."

"No thanx! 1) Dude running the joint spoke very broken english at best so you'd better know exactly what you're after when you go in there. 2) didn't have a simple vape coil for a smok brand vape (very common) 3) after trying to explain in very broken english he just walked away. I asked him a few different times to show me a different mod setup or system and he just went and sit down. Musta been tired! They get 1 star for location and because Google maps won't let you leave 0 stars"

"I’ve shopped here for strictly Tobacco and Vape juice. I’d have a few unpleasant shopping experiences and noticed a handful of turnover in the staff. I decided to reapproach staff when it was not so busy. In our conversations I’ve learned that some of the “non-local” workers are from the big cities up North. I discovered that the staff wasn’t ignoring my needs. It was social norm in the city. The workers weren’t familiar to Southern Hospitality or formalities beyond serving behind bullet proof glass. Do take time to understand our norms vs another culture."

"I've never encountered such a bunch of ill tempered people. You also can look forward to employees giving you the wrong reagents, then refusing to accept a return or allow an exchange - even when it's 100% their own fault. Also, dental hygiene issues would seem to abound with one employee. I'll be finding somewhere else to shop."
