"I bought a fully enclosed package of earrings that did not ring up at the sale price listed in the store, but when I went to return them the clerk said that they cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. I understand that, but this was an enclosed package that has not been opened. There were no signs stating this return policy and no one told me at the time of purchase that earrings cannot be returned. Clerk told me that it was displayed on the receipt, so they only tell you after you spend money that you can't make exchanges or returns. Online Lovisa website says they accept returns for all jewelry so must just be this location, but overall bad customer service is causing me to not visit this location again."
"The person working at the store was extremely unfriendly and rude. I bought several items and they told me all earrings were un-returnable and they could not provide a receipt. What kind of store does that? They will not have my business again."
"bought earrings that were broke in the package and can’t make a return. cheap quality earrings that costed 30 dollars."
"Like the other reviewer indicated, this place has a race problem. The first time I went in there, it seemed as though the manager was speaking to her employee and barely paying attention to the customers. Ok, that happens, so I gave the place a second chance as I never want to judge a place on one experience. This most recent time, it was obvious. For context, the place was not busy. It was me and another group of young women. This woman working there was an obese Caucasian woman. Again, like the other instance, she was talking to her employee very loudly about personal business. As if that wasn’t unprofessional enough, as soon as that nonsensical conversation was done, she immediately walked over to the group of young white women, bypassing me, and asked THEM if they needed help finding anything - completely ignoring me. After she was done assisting them, she AGAIN continued to ignore me. Though I was intending on buying some items, I put them back and plan on never returning to this racist establishment. I know stores are hurting for employees, but this is just unacceptable. Sad, because I am a huge supporter on businesses in the mall succeeding."
"Was racially profiled in the store and accused of doing something I had no recollection from months ago. I tried on a pair of earrings which i understand was my fault, but then was forced to buy them because she said "I had come in months prior and tried on a pair when I was reminded it wasn't allowed". Never recall this, nor does the friend that came with me the first time recall her telling me that either. Could have pointed to sign or something saying that was store policy but instead accused me of something that never happened. Especially when I fully had a mask on and you couldn't even see my face.....horrible"
