"The pharmacy here is very slow and makes many errors. The manager is very professional and tries to correct the recurring errors and issues. I'm not sure what the problem is. Under staffing, technical errors, incompetent uncaring staff? Regardless, it should be figured out and fixed. I have never experienced so many issues monthly dealing with a pharmacy."

"I understand Rite Aide is closing stores and transferring prescriptions to other stores. With that being said, having to come back 5 times is a bit ridiculous. Each time it was standing in line for 40 minutes to be told not ready, come back tomorrow. This last time was told oh, we're out of that med BUT shipment coming in tomorrow. I waited 4 days to go back. Now told not enough in hand but can give you 3 days as shipment in on Monday. Rite at de your organization of closing and ensuring your remaining stores are well stocked and manned stinks. I've watched the employees being yelled at and belittled due to your incompetent management. I've used right side since this one opened. Regrettably as soon as I can arrange it I'm finding another pharmacy."

"The store part of this location is great people are atentive. The pharmacy is awful. I had medication sent to this location after 6 last night. I get here at 12:50pm the next day and the person we talked to said my prescriptions weren't ready and to come back at 2 to pick them up. I've been sitting in the drive thru now for almost a half hour, got a different person saying it's still not ready and no one till the prescriptions were done. One of the worst locations I'm going somewhere else."

"I went here to get some vaccinations. It was one of the only pharmacies in town for Tricare who had an appointment available. I had never been there. What a pleasant surprise! Every single employee on the floor greeted all customers, smiled and asked if they could help. The pharmacy was very busy, yet extremely friendly, had a positive attitude, was professional and working very hard. Customers were courteous too and mindful of those who might be immune compromised. The store is clean and well organized. Management is doing something good here and I'm a new fan."

"The store itself is great and the employees are always welcoming, but the pharmacy customer service needs some serious work. There are days when whoever is working in the pharmacy completely ignores the phone and I know because I can call upwards of twenty times over the coarse of a few hours and get no answer. Today I have been trying to reach someone to ask about a prior authorization since 3pm, it is now 6pm and I have not spoken to anyone. Other days, you may be on hold for over 10 minutes."
