"Their system was down again and my doctors prescription never got to them. My oral surgeon was on hold for almost 10 minutes trying to get the pharmacist and he went on lunch. Worst ever and I was in terrible pain."

"I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription for my father and decided to have some pictures developed from my phone so I loaded the pictures in picked them out submitted the order then went to get the prescription received very quickly I received a call from a colleague who needed the keys to a rental unit in my hair I just figured I would get those pictures tomorrow and was heading for the door. Nice woman, sir. Excuse me, sir your pictures are ready here. I said wow that was fast. I just barely even went up to the line she said well I did them right away and they didn’t take that long, so I felt like a king that kind of service. It was really nice have used their pharmacy for years as well."

"This is by far ,the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not oblivious of the shortage of staff and I feel I’m just as understanding as one can be but there’s has to be a point when the district managers read these and take note. Please either give the pharmacy a boost or a boot. They are wasting company time and peoples time as well"

"I wish I could give them no stars at all. The white girl (brunette, long hair in a ponytail, about 170lbs, and stands about 5’7” - 5’8”) working the window today was extremely rude and condescending. If that’s the way she speaks to all people who are in need of medication she picked the wrong profession. As I am in pain and in need of my medication she told me to come back in 2 hours just to find out that it would take another hour and a half to get my prescription filled. I asked why she could not have called to say something just for her to tell me that I am not opted in to receive text messages although I am and they have my phone number. Now here I am sitting at home in pain because she decided to not do her job. I will never come back to this pharmacy as long as she is employed there. I don’t advise anyone else to go here either. If you’re looking for a pharmacy try CVS. The customer service is not only better but quicker. I wish I would have read the reviews before agreeing to get my prescription sent here."

"I have gone to multiple pharmacies in the area and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve been to by far. They are professional, and always willing to help if you have questions. The staff inside the store are normally in a great mood too and make me smile when I go in. Sometimes they have a line but who doesn’t now days. I get text/email alerts when it’s time to get my prescription as well."
