"I went in like I always do to get wraps vapes etc. like always I didn’t have my id on me, which was never a problem. well I’ve always had good Service at the shop and great people who were nice and helpful but today someone new tried Iding me and wouldn’t sell me my Purchase because I left my id at home. Beyond furious because I’ve been coming here for over a year now and never had this problem and I’m considered a loyal customer. Had to take my business elsewhere which was very disappointing because it was out of my way. Definitely thinking about not coming back. Thanks."

"It's my go to shop because it's close by and the staff are friendly. Only 4 stars because recently I tried the new Elf Bar, it tasted burn and only lasted 3 days when they typically last 2 weeks. It looks like they are phasing out the ElfBar 5000 sadly with a newer style of the 5000 amd a 6000.... I mentioned it when I went to purchase more today and was just met with a "hmm". I have been going to this location for once or twice a month for 2+years, you'd think they would be eager to find out more about my last experience or offer to discount or replace..."
