"I have to thank Dr Higgins, the front office staff and vet techs working here for seeing our 14 year old ‘pup’ while vacationing in the area. They were not only compassionate and understanding but also both proficient and efficient. Although the vet had morning surgeries and scheduled appointments, the office was able to fit in our dog and at least two others for emergent issues, still taking plenty of time do do a thorough assessment and answer any questions we had. Wish this was our hometown so this could be our full time vet!!"

"We are camping at Sun Properties/Cherrystone. Our 10 week old 2 pound puppy jumped off our couch and is limping. I contacted this vet seeking help. Rather than following the Hippocratic oath they refused to see my puppy. Old me to go to Virginia Beach and hung up. We are actually considering a permanent move to the area and will reconsider given this horrible experience. Absolutely shameful."
