"They're always amazing to my babies Lola and Bentley. Courtney just recently went above and beyond and made sure I got in to be seen for an injury. I couldn't be happier."
"I was really disappointed with this place. I brought my older cat in bc I thought he may have broken his tail, they had me leave him for x-rays, when I picked him up he was not able to walk. Now he was older and slightly arthritic. But he came back unable to really use his back legs. He only held on for about 3 more weeks before we had to put him down. I never got any satisfying reason as to why there was such drastic change in his ability to walk, but I unfortunately signed a waiver when they treated him. I will however NEVER bring another animal to be seen there that is for certain."
"Dr. Kite and the team at Banfield are an amazing group. Highly recommended. My beagle had quite a few health complications due to age, and they helped me make him comfortable and happy in his last few months with me. When it was time for him to cross the bridge, I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff and the process, given the circumstances. They even sent me a sympathy card following the procedure in which the ENTIRE STAFF individually hand wrote a note of condolence. I am more than pleased with my experience there, and continue care with them for my other dog."
"Absolute worst experience. Dropped my dog off for a wellness check & vaccines at 8:15 am, was called at almost 2:30 to come pick him up because “ he wasn’t having it” let me preference my dog is in 100 pound black lab, they had him shoved in a crate for six hours and never took him out “ because of body language” any competent veterinarian or staff member would know if they took him out he is the sweetest most loving teddy bear. Instead they let him sit there for 6 hours scared without calling. No water, nothing. Didn’t put him in a room because of the so called risk. He was not seen for anything. I was told to reschedule my visit. On top of that they wanted to charge me for the visit & added on an extra fee for anxiety medication. I’ve had my dog since he was a puppy he is now almost 5, has zero anxiety… absolutely unacceptable."
"Staff is super friendly and awesome! They took good care of our Annabelle throughout her spay and were very helpful with giving us all of the aftercare info needed. Highly recommended and not too expensive"
