"Purchase a wig and realize it was the wrong one a day after my purchase I'd ask if I could exchange it for a more expensive wig and the lady still refused to help me in anyway. Poor customer service because I wasn't just trying to get my money back I was willing to spend more. I'm stuck with a $95 wig that you can't even hot curl. Smdh highway robbery I will never shop in there again."

"My sister said that they had an awesome selection of different products to use for all types of hair and she selected their edge booster which worked like magic. They also have so many different types of wigs, weaves, lip glosses, earrings, and hair accessories. This is my favorite beauty supply store to go. Bc of the nice and friendly cashiers. They always greet u with a nice and warming "hello" when you come right through the door , and also let me add that their prices ar so convenient.!"

"This place is only alright. The female staff is anything but friendly. The main woman working here is very nonchalant and when you ask her questions about products, she points you towards only the most expensive products and cannot effectively explain why she thinks the more expensive products are any better than their cheaper counterparts. The gentleman working there is nice though. He doesn't seem to know much about the products sold but he does try. Honestly, I am not sure about the authenticity of the products sold here. I have purchased the same products at Sally's and seem to get a better and more consistent result than with the products sold here (i.e. the Mizani line of products). This place is an absolute last resort for me. I would drive further to Ruby Red on Nine Mile Road or to Beauty Full on Chamberlayne."
