"I was given a gift card for $155 right before everything shut down for COVID. The gift card requested that it be used within a year, but there was no set expiration date. Considering everything that was going on, I was uncomfortable going in to get a massage. I finally contacted them today about redeeming the gift card and was told that they would not honor it since it was expired. This was a lot of money that someone paid for me, and I'm really disappointed that I cannot redeem it for services."
