He created an account for us so when the time comes my man can see the type of styles I leaned towards the most. It was genuinely an inviting, calm and comfortable experience. Highly recommend."

"I had an appointment for a ring inspection and cleaning. Sharon helped me out and she made the process easy! There was a stone loose so she helped me get the process going of getting it sent in to be fixed and polished! She was kind and very helpful and I will only be going back to work with her for all future inspections! I had gone a few months ago with my ring asking it to be checked and fixed for something else, whoever was there did not listen to me and said my ring was fine. But I could see my main diamond was crooked and didn’t want it to fall out. So I took it somewhere else to be “fixed” and payed for it to be fixed. Had the other gal helped me out I would have found out my husband got full coverage on my ring so if anything ever broke it was a free fix. I found this out when Sharon looked for me at my most recent visit and said my ring fix would be free for anything that ever happens to it. So I was frustrated I had paid for someone else to fix it a few months ago when it would have been free at Kay. Anyways, I’m giving 5 stars because despite someone else not being helpful (again I don’t remember who it was but I know it wasn’t Sharon). Sharon who helped me during my recent inspection appointment was kind and apologetic and made me feel cared for and valued and like my jewelry was important to her. She listened to what I thought was wrong, So despite a bad experience a few months ago, Sharon really helped me and gained my trust back in Kay! I will now only return to work with Sharon Hammonds for all future needs! Thank you Sharon!!"

"I called this jewelry store and Chris answered the phone very professional and quick to help and answer any questions I had with a simple purchase of a ring. I then showed up after work dirty as I do construction work and was treated as I was wearing a suite. The different rings were shown and explained the differences in them. Definitely rate the experience a 10/10 and I will be returning again. Chris thank you again for the help."
