Very welcoming environment and easy to work with. They weren’t pushy in any way. Not just trying to make a sale, but making sure that any customer is happy and that they will come back again. They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and gave me the best deal. I would highly recommend talking to them."

"Renie was very helpful and the store has a nice selection! Update: After turning my bracelet in to get it taken in because it was too big, it was returned to me with a stone missing. The stone that fell out was put in a bag with the extra link they had taken off. I then had to turn the bracelet back in again for repair and they were supposed to take the stone that was in the bag and put it on the bracelet. Instead, they took a stone out of my extra link and the stone that was in the bag was gone. So now i am out a stone that I paid for. When bringing this to their attention they wanted to take my bracelet to send it in with the link so I would have to come back a third time a couple weeks later. They would not let me just send in the link that needed repaired. I was told I would be hearing from a manager but I have not received a call or email. I am really disappointed with the repair team and this will make me go somewhere else for my jewelry needs in the future."
