"I’m extremely disappointed in my last purchase!! I’ve been using Brighton handbags & jewelry since they open and since they opened a store selling Brighton handbags in the city I’m from. That was late 80’s early 90’s. I felt the prices were past my budget but I saved my money or would put the bag I wanted on lay-a-way if some can remember those days!! The Brighton heart ring I bought a while back, I’ve only worn it 3-4 times and now there’s a stone missing from it. Also, the cheap materials you use now is not up to par by no stretch!! I didn’t mind paying more because I knew the jewelry was high quality and would last forever but not anymore. I’ll never purchase another Brighton product again!! To the CEO of this company, customers can definitely tell the difference in the cheaper materials you use now!! I take every business has jumped on this bandwagon thinking the customer would be oblivious to it! Hmmm"

"Just learned on my last visit that all the discounted merchandise is not returnable AND not exchangeable. Only the full-priced stuff is returnable. So if you're buying someone a gift and you're not sure they're going to want it, you might want to buy something full price, and let the recipient go back to the store and shop the discounted items. Staff is very friendly and helpful"
