"I purchased a chain for my daughter for her birthday and less than 24 hours the chain popped. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt and let him fix it. The same day after picking it up I tried it on her, and it broke. Just like all the other comments on here. He was very rude about it and blamed me. This place is a total scam and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend if you’ve been burned, you do the same."

"I changed my mind about a purchase, the manager refused to give my money back and refused to call the owner. I had to call police in order to get the information needed. They have $50 cancelation fee, which is ridiculous, especially since they don't have money on hand in the store. There excuse is that they have had no sales today, but how can they give change to a customer if they make a purchase."

"Wasn’t informed at time of purchase that there were no refunds or exchanges. They decided to start hanging framed signs after I came in to return that they do not do refunds. $2.03 worth of silver for $120, jeez. I found a heavier, likely sturdier piece made of sterling silver for under $20. I don’t want the necklace. Only piece I want is the pendant, which I told them I was fine with overpaying for because of its simplicity, but that I would like a return on the necklace. It has no business being $80 on its own. Will give the owner 48 hours to rectify this by taking the return, or be subject to an additional 15+ one-star reviews. Starting at 1600, June 25th, 2022. Edit: they seem to be adding a 5 star review for every one star review they get. $80 is the hill they’re willing to hang their livelihoods."

"So about six months ago I purchased a necklace and charm mouth grill. The charm itself has disintegrated and he will not fix or repair, replace the pendant in fact he has also called security and the police on me because he refuses to fix any of the items the chain has broken in three separate places and I’ve spent a good $600 for these items I believe that this is completely bad business when your receipt clearly states you do repairs and guarantee gold I don’t believe that gold should disintegrate the way that this charm has. The reason for him calling the security and police on me was because I asked him to purchase the charm and take the price of that out of the repair for the necklace clearly stated on the window we buy gold he told me my business was no longer wanted and I needed to leave the store shortly after Security arrived then the police which agreed with me that he should repair but they cannot make him do that The only thing that I can do is take him to small claims court and settle it that way so I suggest that everyone be very careful when buying from this gentleman because if anything goes wrong he will not repair replace or fix you’ll be sitting with $600 of junk"
