"The service is so poor and the guy in the counter is so disrespectful. Initially it took him 45 minutes to bring the hookah, yet the Hookah was terrible and he obviously doesn’t know how to make a hookah, it was already burnt when we got it. Didn’t enjoy it at all. The cost of the hookah is 2 times higher than the other ones in town. It’s $35 and he charged us $3.49 for the hookah mouth tip! Beyond amazing!!! When we asked the guy in the counter about the price of the hookah mouth tip, he was so rude, saying we are out the regular tips, that is why we charged you $3.49 for a rubber tip one without even asking us or informing us beforehand. Usually the hookah mouth tip is included with a hookah in every place that i have been or at least let us know about it. There was no menu or pricing list so the customer could see it. Anyway, quality of the hookah was so poor. Overpriced and really bad and rude customer service. Attached the receipt to show you the cost of it!"
