"Delicious paella even for takeout! Loved the clams in the paella. Making me wonder how good the Manila clams would be on their own as a dish. Dipping sauce for the croquets is also a perfect match."
"Rating on the food alone, I would not return. Every dish looked great, but lacked in taste. The toasted bread was great. The croquettes were good, but not an impressive bite, as i expected. The octopus was definitely overcooked. I tasted more chimicurri than lamb on the skewers, which had cold spots- hinting it was reheated, which also made it drier than it should be. Biggest disappointment was the gamba, too much oil not enough flavor, and I was honestly worried that that I might get sick because they didn't taste fresh. $19 for 8 shrimp, and I chose not even to eat 2. Churros were skinny and served with chocolate pudding. This I a chain restaurant, that lacks quality, IMO."
"I would definitely go back here again and try more dishes. They have good seafood here without a doubt. The drinks were also really good. Came here for brunch and there weren’t many people so I bet it’s crowded in the evening."
"Second time at Boqueria and this time was for a work dinner with colleagues. Here are my thoughts! Environment This was my first time eating in the restaurant (last time we sat outside) and it was really nice. Looks like they have plenty of seating for dinner and a bar area as well. Really great atmosphere and casual eats and for a date night. Service The server was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and did a great job of managing our big group. She was receptive and friendly and attentive to our table. Really enjoyed her. Food We all got 'The Classics" option on the chef menu which gives you a few of the favorites off the full tapas menu. It was a really nice option with something for everybody. It was easy and delicious and the food just kept coming out! There was enough food for everyone and very filling and tasty. I really enjoyed the potatoes, the croquettes, and the meatballs. the drinks were good and strong. The churros were amazing! Overall Lovely place and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food and the drinks. I will definitely return to try more things on the menu and add this to the list of great spots for dinner and drinks."
