"I contacted about getting my 8 month old son into there office and I am currently pregnant with me 2nd. I want to change doctors and heard nothing but good things about them. The lady I spoke to on the phone was saying they will not take my son and wouldn’t even ask anyone… I am a first time mom just trying to get the best care for my son and future daughter and having someone get rude with me on phone while I’m already struggling was unacceptable and plan out rude."

"UPDATE: I wasn’t/am not confused about the policy. The issue is being unaware of the policy and being turned away when my son was obviously sick. I never received a letter, or any other form of communication, stating my son was not longer a patient at this office. Due to this situation, I was only left the option of taking my son to Urgent Care and wait the hour and a half to be seen. Ultimately, he was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed medication. However, due to the length of time this entire situation took, the pharmacies were closed and he was unable to get his medication until the following day. This is unacceptable in so many ways and could have turned out to be an even worse situation than it was. Again, there was no confusion about the policy, there was a severe lack of communication and keeping a child’s parent informed. I will not be returning to this clinic and will no longer speak positively about my experiences there. I was just turned away from the after hours clinic because my son’s patient status was terminated. Apparently, if your child isn’t sick on a yearly basis and you aren’t seen…you no longer have the ability to be a patient. I never received a letter or phone call to let me know about this. As a matter of fact, I just got a few texts about 2 months ago letting me know about their updated after hours clinic. It’s quite upsetting to know that a child can be refused to be seen by a medical group specialized to see children and the parents don’t have to be notified. I will be finding another group to trust my boys’ health with in the future, I’m highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this clinic."

"Dr. Duck has neglected my two twin daughters. Multiple ear, sinus infections, also swollen glands in their throat. DR DUCK takes 5 minutes with both my children and sends them on their way with antibiotics every time. I’ve explicitly told her that I’d feel more comfortable having them referred to a ENT. Dr duck refuses and tells them to just keep taking antibiotics, when clearly after over a half dozen times within a year. This is still a on going issue. Shes also short and does not listen to any of our concerns. IT’s hurry up and move to the next patient. Dr. Caldwell was their pediatrician up until he retired. Excellent pediatrician that worked here. Unfortunately he’s gone. We will be taking our children elsewhere."

"This is the best pediatrician in town, I highly recommend Dr Volinsky, and Dr. Russell. They are two wonderful, caring doctors who truly love their jobs. My children love going to the doctor which is so awesome! I was always afraid, and due to them and their awesome team my children aren't afraid and love seeing them. One thing I feel that does need attention also is their phone systems, it seems like it's not working or maybe they just have a lot of calls. I have been trying to get my child in for their 2 year check up but I'm having trouble getting through to any sort of automated system. Other than that I highly recommend this practice. They have outstanding doctors who truly care."
