"20 minutes after I made a big purchase from this store, I found out that they had a skimmer Or other means of selecting my debit card for their purchases. I never had a problem when their sons were running the business. Never ever. I bought from here for years. I don't know what's going on with their mother but she needs to step up and not scam people.cannot prove it. But that is the only place I was at in 11 days. My debit card was shut down."

"No business class at all what so ever! I purchased cigars in packaging. Got home opened them and they were dried out and crumbled. I took them back within 30 minutes and politely asked to trade them for fresh. I was not given new product or a refund! Total RIP OFF!"

"The lady behind the counter is rude, unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, and is financially dishonest. I am a black woman who lives a comfortable life. I have patronized this store for atleast a decade. On May 2nd, I went in to buy a pack of Capri Menthol 120s. The credit card machine kept reporting an error with my debit card so I used my credit card to no avail. The lady after me had the same problem. When I showed her my mobile bank app, the money had come out. She took my phone number and said she would call for a new payment if visa didn't show her getting her ten bucks and change. She did call and I gave her the same card. She promised that if I turned out to be double charged to bring my mobile app to show her and she would settle things. Today. I returned with my proof. She was rude. She cut me off. She ranted about making only 60 cents profit. I told her she made much more than that off of me. I told her I could dispute the transactions and she would lose both payments. She said I would not be welcome back. But why lose a longtime customer over ten bucks?"

"The selection and prices are comparable to other stores, that isn't the problem. The woman at the register asked us one time if we needed help. We politely told her that we were browsing the limited selction and that we did not need assistance. No more that 4 to 5 minutes later, she entered the cigar room, and asked us to leave. She stated that she had other things to do besides sit behind the counter and wait for us to decide what to buy. She kept repeating that she was fearful because she was the only one there. We were in the store no longer than 10 minutes. We took the cigars that we had in hand and went to check out. She coninued her rant by telling us that nobody should shop that long for a cigar, and it was concerning her. This was extremely unprofessional and shows that the store needs better training or better cashiers. Go somewhere else for your cigars, they obviously do not want your patronage."

"DO NOT go to this place for Hookah materials. I went here today and bought charcoals and they turned out to be broken. When I went back to replace them, all of the same charcoals were broken. They couldn't do a return or give me a dollar back so I could just have the quick lite charcoals. Needless to say, I took the quick lites and left losing a dollar. I will never go back."
