"Always a pleasant experience at CVS Pharmacy. The drive-thru line can be a bit long but that's expected on busy days. However, the line moves relatively quickly. All of the pharmacy techs are always nice to me."

"Stood at the minute clinic counter for a good 5 minutes yesterday for a flu shot while this lady looked down at her lap right in front of me. Honestly couldn't tell if she was sleeping or on her phone. I started talking about some things on the counter not wanting to really bother her at first. Then enough time passed by so I thought how could she not hear/ see us directly in front of her and definitely with enough volume. I got frustrated and cleared my throat and said "Excuse me" at a decent volume and she finally snapped back to reality and asked us if we needed help. She clearly did not want to be there. Got our answer about the flu shot inquiry and went to the kiosk to schedule our appointments. I felt stupid because I didnt know thats how the flu shots worked and would have saved from that awkward encounter. Her other co-worker came out from the back and she promptly put away her phone, then she talked about how hard the day has been with work and how swamped shes been all day."

"This pharmacy was horrible...My fiancé sent me at 1:35 p.m to get her prescription and I was told 30-45min at 2:03. The lady at the window explained she would expedite the order but when my fiancé returned at 3:11 she was told 25 mins for the same prescription..an hour later and the prescription was still not ready. IT WAS NOT UNTIL 5:06P.M WHEN SHE RECEIVED IT. This is unacceptable. We will not be returning our business."

"Had an appointment with the pharmacy dept. to get a flu shot. They let the guy know and his response with an attitude was "I will get her after I finish my pt." Whatever he was doing he talked loudly the whole time I heard his whole lame conversation. While I was sitting there I thought I'm not letting him stick me and he's rude and obviously customers don't come first. So I told the girl to tell him cancel it his response with an attitude "Ok". Never again so unprofessional. This my first time coming here and will never go back. Y'all need to fire that black pharmacist man not a people person. Bad for your business."
