"Since 7/14/2023 , I can not get this worthless pharmacy to correctly fill my prescription. They are guilty of fraud/ negligence and breaking the law by changing the prescription my doctor prescribed to suit themselves. It was written by the doctor one way and CVS changed it to other. ( WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW ). What is going to take for them to get this right. Never had problem with CVS @ Laburnum. 30+ years."

"CVS Corporate has apparently cut staff hours at this pharmacy, including closing it most (if not all) of this past weekend. It is massively under-staffed for the amount of business it receives and I am seriously considering moving my business to literally any other pharmacy based on recent experiences. CVS needs to do better."

"Do not fill your prescriptions here. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are overworked. There’s so much staff turnover that when one of them makes a mistake on your prescription, you’ll have to take it up with a different pharmacist who wants nothing to do with the situation. No accountability, no compassion. In fact, their immediate solution was “to not do business with cvs pharmacies….” To that end, I suggest that you send your Rxs to the Rite Aid in town or try a pharmacy in Newport News."
