"I purchased a catnapper recliner about 5 years ago. The workmanship and quality of the product is horrendous. The headrest, arms and anywhere your body touches as peeled and frayed terribly. This recliner was used infrequently by an adult. I paid $650 for a chair that will go in the garbage. There marketing material states their furniture is made to last. They should add barely five years. Their customer service was useless with their recommendations. I could purchase replacement parts from them. That would be an entirely new chair. Do not buy anything from this company."

"We really liked the sofa, love seat and reliner that we purchased. Unfortunately the scrap wood that it looks like they used had a pattern cut into it to make it look nice on the outside of your home makes for poor furniture wood, breaks easily. Spent way to much for furniture that lasted less than a year. Here's a picture of one of the pieces that broke off and now the leg cannot go in. I believe it's called T1 siding"

"Would pick up for this company any day very respectful give you a door right away and start loading . They hand loaded so it might take a hour or two but it's worth the wait"

"Waited 7 months for delivery and upon receipt the construction was poor. One seat cushion over stuffed so the seams of the cushion was misaligned, extremely visible, and sits higher on the frame than the other cushion. The padding in the front of the arms does not go all the way up to the top of the arm so there is an indentation and you can feel the frame of the front of the sofa arm"
