Waffle House

"Great food but staff need to realize people are there to eat and conversate. Yelling above the noise level of the entire establishment with another staff member doesn't promote an environment of calm and wanting to dine there again."

"Food is great! However to have a restaurant so cold your shivering while eating is not acceptable. We asked waitress multiple times for heat and was told they aren’t allowed to adjust it. Then when I was paying was asked “how was everything?” I said it woulda been great with some heat in the building! Winter months ppl won’t return if it’s warmer outside in 40 degrees vs inside the building. Turn on/up the heat so customers can enjoy the food they are paying for"

"This is not the first time we have had problems with this location the waitress was very sweet but when we ordered our food it came out burnt, and we told them that we'd like to have it remade where it was burnt. One of the cooks got mad because we sent our food back, I'm sorry I don't like my food burnt... if the waitress we had reads the, honey you were very professional , and an amazing person keep your head up, this was not your fault you even stepped up to try and fix it, and we were thankful for you."

"In the South there seems to be a Waffle House on every other corner. I had a chocolate chip Waffle and hash browns that was pretty good. Atmosphere is non existent and there are no fries, only hashbrowns"

"Food was good, waitress was good, ROACHES crawling on the lower walls and on the floor. It was hard to eat, fearing that one could be in the food, about to crawl onto the table, or over my feet. Would be a great location, but seeing multiple roaches in such a short time was not a good sign at all."
