"Our vet tech was lovely and incredibly patient with my toddlers who insisted on becoming best friends with her and showing her their shoes, their coats, and telling her their every thought. Our Dr was very throrough with my dog and made sure I was aware of every possible complication, side effect and issue with his condition. She made sure I had the easiest access to his medications and (as a new VA transplant) made sure I understood how to access his medications, as they are level one controlled substances."

They always try to work me in as soon as possible for a sick visit and if not within a day or two, they will give you any and all info to help with your pet in the meantime. They have been exceptionally amazing when I have had to sadly let my babies pass on. They truly care and again, that can be hard to find a vet that you can genuinely feel they care.
