7-Eleven

"To employee working at at 4 o'clock at this location. It's very rude, did not let me know that the store opened up at 4. And then 14 o'clock came to didn't open the doors and said that it doesn't open up at four, and it says that opens up at 4 very bad customer service. I'm standing out in the cold for no reason. when she could of just tell me we don't open up at 4."

"It is 7-Eleven. The same as in every one. Of course sometimes customer service can be different from one to another. This one was OK."

"The kicked me out for pouring my buzzball into a cup and leaving the manager ran all the way across the parking lot, dressed in normal clothing jeans and a Nike shirt claiming she was the manager & very disrespectfully saying I was banned. While at the same time 2 people were smoking crack by the trash can but she just walked right passed them. Nasty store with nasty management. Obviously must be a race issue."

"I won $50 on a scratch ticket and the black guy behind the counter said they didn't have the money. But I saw him take several 20s from several customers in from of me. I am contacting their regional office. I don't like being lied to by people who think it's fun to do it. My intuition was on red alert when looked pass the black customer in from of me but said to the white guy behind me, 'can I help you sir?'"

"3:29 AM on a Monday and the lady inside won't give me my recipt.. There's no recipt tape in at the gas pump.. she won't even stop long enough to find out what's going on. She knows I'm here, she's looked up a few times.. Im not even trying to buy anything just get me recipy I need for work.. The worker obviously doesn't care anything about the customers.. The sign doesn't say anything about when I can get my recipt. This is crazy.."
