"This one place is terrible bad business went in here spent my money she knew English then I showed her the cartridge was not working and that it was full she said ohh you should have tried it before you left I said really then she stopped speaking English it was 30 bucks and 16 for the stick smh all I did was go to my car in the parking lot less then 30 feet away she gonna say buy another one nope you won’t get my business no more and I hope people see this review and don’t come get scammed at this store they ain’t good people at all"

"Shop here often, staff is friendly and helpful until they sold the place and fired everyone smh, now it's going down hill fast!!! Pitbull Tobacco is much better, affordable and well stock. Will not be coming back here"

"I go here alot. Majority of the time I have a great, quick experience, but sometimes when you go there and have to wait for someone to buzz you in can get stressful, but the employees there work all day by themselves so I understand that they need a breather."

"I called to check for product availability and I ask the person over the phone do you have said product. I ask three times if she could please check the inventory. It was unexceptionally difficult to obtain a clear answer. When I visited the location I ask how many units of said product you have available, a fairly direct question. However, she refused to provide a clear answer and instead she played word games and acted rather childish. I'm not amused. Either you have the item and a specific volume of item or you don't. While I understand working retail can be a tough occupation, this doesn't have to have a extremely difficult process."
